Fred Smith Home

This English cottage style home was built between 1919- 1921 by Fred & Ruth Smith. Fred Smith was the President of Citizens National Bank. In 1941 the property was purchased by Ethel “Ruth” Hutcheson, who was a school teacher in Parker County. In 1989 the home was purchased and renovated by the current owners. Renovations include a new modern kitchen and master suite.
